There are some projects that just don’t fall into any of the ‘normal’ categories, and this is where dta studio can showcase our expertise and skill. The production method of a project may be specialised - such as the technical specifications required for a credit card design, or the media used is a little out of the ordinary (e.g. backlit materials for lightbox signage), or for packaging that may be printed overseas. We also have talented illustrators who work with us to produce unique illustration pieces (both ‘hand drawn’ and as vector ‘computer-generated’ illustrations). This illustration has been used on an information leaflet and CD-ROM to introduce new residents to the facilities and natural wonders within the Pine Rivers Shire. The illustration is light-hearted, utilising humour and interesting characters.

  
     
   

This simple, yet effective design not only looks stylish in the black, red and metallic silver, but shows off the products effectively without the need for windowed packaging. The packaging is printed in China, so visual-based style guides were created so the artists overseas could reproduce artwork for new products as required and the design would not be compromised
   
   

Bright, fresh colours and vibrant photographs make this design eye-catching and memorable. These lightbox posters have been on display within the Credit Union branch, and are in A0, A2 and A3 sizes.
   
   

A laid back beach scene at Mission Beach in North Queensland by photographer Shane Holzberger is the feature on this year’s calendar. Casual text also adds to the relaxed feel of the photography.
   
   

Fresh citrus colours, and complimentary lavenders give a open and light feel to this invitation. The thumbnail map reflects this colouring, and is done in a clean, uncluttered style.
